Ghato is a 3d version of a former illustration based on old ideas developed for a logo creation. Experimenting with reflections and shades to create a colorful scenario for the cat.

This cat was born as an illustration that I used for a Carnival poster. Translating it to 3 dimensions was a challenge and I tried to keep his expression (or rather his expressionless face) as much as possible and add a body that would fit.
I placed it in a space full of translucent and mirror cubes that contrasted with its black opacity.
Last year I prepared it to be 3D printed. I did a few tests with resin and both PLA and a filament that is 40% wood with PLA. Check the Blog for more info.
